BiteMyBytes is committed to fair and transparent refund handling for all digital services.
Eligibility for refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are only available if the service has not yet been initiated or delivered. Hosting services that have been activated are non-refundable. Custom development projects: deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Domain registrations are non-refundable after registration is confirmed.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
